Your notebook, made to work for you.
Many Nigerian traders still run their shop from an exercise book. Ahia turns those pages into a ledger you can trust, helps you collect what you are owed, and builds a savings habit from what you really sell.
How it works
- 1
Photograph the notebook
Take a photo of a page of your sales book. Ahia reads the handwriting, including the way you write 2.5k or 33/000.
- 2
Check it, then it counts
You see the photo next to the rows. Anything doubtful is marked with the reason. Nothing is added until you confirm the page.
- 3
Know who owes you
Debts from the book become a list of customers, with a WhatsApp reminder and a place to record each payment.
- 4
Set a little aside, daily
From the cash you actually recorded, Ahia suggests an amount to put away, tracks your streak, and points you to Cowrywise to save it.
What Ahia will not do
It will not add up your sales with a guess. The reader only copies what is written, and plain arithmetic does every sum and check. It will not hold or move your money. Savings stay with your savings provider.
